And although I didn't have problems with my neck, when using other pillows, my hips hurt after a while and would wake me up after a few hours of sleep. I noticed something strange after using this pillow. My hips didn't hurt anymore. From what I can tell, my hips were in a wrong alignment with my body. With this pillow that pain disappeared. I did everything the same except for using this pillow vs another memory foam pillow. All I can say is that it works great. Also my ear no longer hurts after sleeping for a long time on one side. I would highly recommend this pillow.
